Paul is the Principal of Rhythm Factory and the main choreographer. Paul has worked commercially for a number of years as a dancer, choreographer and performer. Paul has 15 years commercial dance and choreographic experience and over 10 years teaching experience with all age groups.
Andy Williams-Ferns Principal
Andy has worked in London as an entertainment agent for a number of years, managing over 80 artists and groups. Now based in Stoke on Trent his experience in performance, production and management helps produce RF's regular shows.
Natalie Blake Choreographer
Natalie has been dancing since she was a child. Natalie has trained with Rhythm Factory for 5 years as a choreographer. Crunk Fusion is a unique dance style and Rhythm Factory is proud to have Natalie as one of our choreographers.
